The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences discusses a master’s thesis on educational administration according to Malcolm Baldraj’s criteria for comprehensive quality (MBNQA) and its relationship to administrative creativity and organizational excellence among physical education teachers

At the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, the University of Kufa, a master’s thesis was discussed by researcher Miqdad Mahdi Muslim Al-Khazraji and under the supervision of a professor. Ghassan Muhammad Abdul-Sada, tagged (educational administration according to Malcolm’s staircase criteria for total quality (MBNQA) and its relationship to administrative creativity and organizational excellence for teachers of physical education). In addition to identifying the relationship between the level of educational administration and administrative creativity among teachers of physical education in the province of Najaf, and identifying the relationship between the level of educational administration according to Malcolm Baldaj Standards for Total Quality (MBNQA) and Organizational Excellence for Physical Education Teachers in Najaf Governorate.
As for the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method, as well as in the method of correlational relations due to its relevance to the research procedures and the descriptive method, while the research community was represented by physical education teachers in schools (intermediate, preparatory, secondary) in the Najaf Governorate.
