At the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, the University of Kufa, a master’s thesis was discussed by the researcher (Hussein Ahmed Hamid) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ali Bakhit Hassan tagged (crisis management in terms of organizational excellence and administrative empowerment among members of the administrative bodies of the sub-federations wrestling in Iraq). The importance of research lies in An attempt to identify crisis management, organizational excellence, and administrative empowerment among members of wrestling sub-federations in Iraq and know the relationship between them, as well as devising equations for crisis management in terms of organizational excellence and administrative empowerment among members of wrestling sub-federations in Iraq. The administrative staff of the wrestling sub-federations in Iraq, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in the style of the survey study, while the researcher concluded: There is a strong direct correlation between crisis management, organizational excellence, and administrative empowerment among members of wrestling sub-federations in Iraq.
