In the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, the University of Kufa, a master’s thesis was discussed by the researcher (Haider Nasser Abdul-Shahid) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ammar Makki Al-Najm tagged (the effect of special exercises using a moving throwing circuit in developing some physical abilities, biomechanical variables, and achievement for advanced discus throwers) The importance of the research lies In the manufacture of a moving throw circuit, the parts help to apply the exercises used to develop some physical abilities and biomechanical variables to put the final throw for advanced discus throwers. The rotation of the back foot, facing the throwing sector, and the length of the throwing path for the parts contribute to the throw with high balance and ideal speed.
