The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Team Games Branch, under the auspices of the Dean of the College (Prof. Dr. Adel Mohamed Dahesh Al-Adari), held a workshop entitled (Linking rings in the fires of professional basketball training), in which the teaching staff (Prof. Dr. Nasr Hussein Abd, from whom the University of Babylon and Prof. Dr. Hatem Falih Hafez, Head of Team Games Branch and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Aboudi Hussein, the teacher in the college) The workshop aimed to explain in detail the philosophy of training during the team’s period through complex skills and their importance in linking the centers with the skills training ball The local player, offensive and defensive, intertwined and in a competitive manner on the skills of the local player and the professional player, individual training and competitive exercises and emphasizing the capabilities of global qualities, endurance performance, and the workshop hosted the Canadian player Bambi DIAWARA
This workshop was attended by a number of sports personalities, teachers and college students. The door for questions and inquiries was opened by the professors and students. The lecturers answered all the questions. The workshop came up with several recommendations related to the community. A better alternative to individual training than acquisition and local participation
