Prerequisites for managing matches for the purpose of gaining the confidence, knowledge, and dedication of the players:

The love for the game should be visible in every move the coach makes. He needs to be diligent and passionate about detail. Enthusiasm, mutual respect, responsibility, and tolerance—are the values ​​I try to bring to my team. Once the players realize these values, they will begin to resemble their coach in some way, and thus, they will be ready to do whatever it takes on the field.
More experienced coaches have a lot of credibility with the team right from the start, due to their previous work, while younger coaches need more time to establish their ideas and prove their methods work. However, it is essential that every coach possesses knowledge of the game—at every moment players must realize that their coach knows more than them. “You always have to be ready; there can never be a question to which you do not have an answer.”

And to show who is in charge—there must be a strong hand”, It is true that a firm hand is required, but just like any other good coach, a coach cannot be a tyrant—and on the other hand, it is not desirable to become too close to the players. Finding a balance usually results in the form of relationship most appropriate for achieving team goals.
“The coach always sticks in the middle—on the one hand, you are a general and the player is a soldier, while on the other hand, you need to really love your players, doing well is impossible without it—which means caring about the person, wanting to be fulfilled in every aspect of their lives Social (love), of course, this type of relationship involves a lot of feelings. When the player feels next to the coach, that’s the real deal and that’s the balance we’re talking about.
